- 1st Sun.{SRRC Event} New Year’s Day / Recovery Run. {Free for all} At 9AM. You decide your own distance and pace. Start and finish on the HSU track in Arcata. Bring friends and families. Click

- 21st Sat. {SRRC Race} Patricks Point Run. {$5 for nonmembers, free for SRRC members} 5K and 10K at 10AM. Start and
finish at Palmer Point in Patricks Point State Park, north of Trinidad.
The club's first running event, this is a beautiful run through the
park. Carpooling for this event is strongly encouraged because there

the year 2011 at Women’s Club (1531 J St., Eureka, CA), 3-5PM. Pizza & drink will be provided. Everyone is welcome. Click

- 2nd Sat. {SRRC Race} Atalanta's Victory Run and Walk. {Fees for all}2M and 5M at
10:00AM. Start and finish at the Arcata Co-op parking lot. This is a
very festive event promoting women's running. The courses are very flat,
running in the Arcata Bottoms, which makes them quite accessible. For

- 16th Sat. {SRRC Race} Dow's
Prairie 2M / 6.1M. {$5 for nonmembers, free for SRRC members}2M and 6.1M at 10AM. (No walkers for 6.1M
Please) Start and finish at the north parking lot of the Clam Beach
Frontage Road. 6.1M has scenic views, a tough hill in the first mile,
and a flat-fast last mile. The 2M goes along the Frontage Road.

- 9th Sun. {SRRC Race} Blue Lake 5K or 10K. {$5 for nonmembers, free for SRRC members} {USATF certtified course} 5K and 10K at 9:30AM. Start and finish at the Blue Lake Elementary School. Registration is at the start only so come a bit early to sign up. Both 5K and 10K share the same start and finish portions. The 10K route continues out Hatchery Road to the turn around at the Blue Lake Fish Hatchery, while the 5K turn around is located just past the Bridge on Hatchery Road. finish at Eureka Old Town, between 2nd and F Street in Eureka. $20 with shirt and $10 without shirt. Proceeds go to local cross country teams.
