- 1st Wed. {SRRC Race} Resolution Run at the Eureka Waterfront Trail.
{$10 for nonmembers, free for SRRC members} 5K at 10AM; Start is about 200 yards south on the Waterfront Trail and finish at the Del Norte Street Pier parking lot (foot of Del Norte Street in Eureka along the Bay).
The race will head south along the Waterfront Trail to the Hikshari' Trail and back. For more information contact Jamey Harris at <jamey@humboldt.edu>.

- 25th Sat. {SRRC Event} Award, Membership Meeting & Party. {Free for SRRC members} At 2:00 pm. Celebration of running in
the year 2024 at the Neighborhood Center in Arcata (1301 D St., Arcata, CA). Pizza from Babe's in Cutten. SRRC members are all invited.

- 8th Sat. {not SRRC Race} 59th Annual Trinidad to Clam Beach Run. {$60 with shirt by 1/18/25; $50 afterward without shirt}5&3/4 mile at 11:00AM (Delayed to NOON).
Registration in-person at The Jogg'n Shoppe in Arcata (3-4 pm, Friday, 2/02/24) and at Trinidad Town Hall (8-10:30 am, Saturday, 2/03/24).
Race starts at Saunder's Park (400 Janis Ct., Trinidad, Ca; behind the Chevron Station).
This race is directed by the Trinidad Chamber of Commerce.

{$15 individual; $20 couple}5K at the Arcata HS track, at 9:00AM. Registration starts at 7:45AM. Race is organized by James Washington and benefits Katherine McCaughey Scholarship Fund.
{Place & Time are the same as Hour Run -- You will have to choose which one to run!}

of the Giants Marathon. {Fees for all} {USATF certified course}
{RRCA West Regional Championship Marathon}Marathon (at 7:45AM), half-marathon (at 8:30AM)
and 10K (at 8:30AM). Start and finish at Dyerville Bridge.

- 11th Sun. {SRRC Race} 42nd Atalanta's Victory Run and Walk on Mother's Day. {Fees for all}
On Mother's Day Sunday. 2M and 5M at 10:00AM. Start and finish at the Arcata Co-op parking lot. This is a very festive event promoting women's running. The courses are very flat,
running in the Arcata Bottoms, which makes them quite accessible.

- 18th Sun. {not SRRC Race} 15th Annual Kneeland School Fun Run. {$10 (1 Mile); $20 (5K); $35 (10 Mile); +$5 (on race day)}
Come out and enjoy this Annual Fun Run. All proceeds support kids at Kneeland School, new playground structure, in particular. All races begin at Kneeland School (9313 Kneeland Road, Kneeland, CA) at 10:00AM (10Mile) or 11:00AM (5K & 1Mile).

- 7th Sat. {SRRC Race} 10th Grasshopper Peak Redwoods Run. {Fees for all} 10.5M and 30K at 8AM.
Starts and finishes at the Grasshopper Trail/Bull Creek Road junction, about five miles west of Hwy 101 heading towards Honeydew
within Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Parking at Albee Campground. Both races are on very hilly trails. T-shirt guaranteed
if registered by May 1. Due to the remote nature of this race, participants are required to carry at least 20 oz. of water between aid stations. Cups will not be provided on the course.

- 8th Sun. {not SRRC Race} Bivalves & Brews 5K in Arcata. {$15}
Registration 8:45~9:45AM, 5K at 10:00AM. Start at the I Street parking lot. At each mile marker, daring participants have the option to chug a brew and swallow an oyster,
making for a race that’s as entertaining as it is questionable (depending on your taste buds). Those who want to imbibe in the brews will receive a special wristband at the event
when you check in at registration. The event is for all ages!

- 21st Sat. {SRRC Race} Dow's
Prairie 2M / 6.1M. {$10 for nonmembers, free for SRRC members} 2M and 6.1M at 10AM. (No walkers for 6.1M
Please.) Please show up AT LEAST 20~30 MINUTES early to register. Start and finish at the north parking lot of the Clam Beach Frontage Road. 10K has scenic views, a tough hill in the first mile,
and a flat-fast last mile. The 2M goes along the Frontage Road.

- 2nd (?) Sun. {SRRC Race} Blue Lake Fish Hatchery Run.
{$10 for nonmembers, free for SRRC members}
{USATF certified course} 2M at 9:30AM and 4M at 10AM.
Registration at 8:00~9:15AM. Start and finish at the Mad River Fish Hatchery.
Registration will take place at the parking lot of the Mad River Fish Hatchery in Blue Lake, at the end of Hatchery Road.
There is plenty of parking in the Hatchery parking lot, as well as on Hatchery Road. However, the parking lot will be closed to vehicles entering/exiting 9:00~10:30AM, please arrive early, or park on Hatchery Road and walk in.
Hatchery Road will also have some areas designated as no-parking, please comply with all posted signage.
